We are a
service organization. We are here to serve
our customers the best way we can. This
means we may occasionally have to employ
non-traditional means to remove barriers to
provide equal, efficient and quality service
to our customers. Low cost services
charged according to income:
- Immunizations - Including Flu shots
- Women Infant & Children (WIC) – food supplement program (free)
- Well-Child Exams
- Environmental Health Services
- SHAPP – Stroke Hypertension Prevention Program
- Breast Test and More – (Free mammograms and Pap Smears to women 50 and older who qualify)
- Family Planning
- Tuberculosis Testing
- Sexually Transmitted Disease Counseling and Testing
- HIV Counseling and Testing
- Children First Home Visits
- Reduced-rate Lab Testing (with doctor’s orders)
- Prevention Case Management & Medicaid Enrollment
(for qualified pregnant women free)
